Why we built this

Choosing software is harder than it should be. Most comparison sites are written by people who have never used the tools they recommend. We built StackCompare to be different — every recommendation is based on hands-on testing or deep research, and we name the cases where a tool is the wrong choice.

Every article on this site reflects his own testing or research. When a tool doesn't hold up, he says so.
